I can't remember ever hearing so many people talk about being sick of winter so early in the season. It seemed to hit early and hard this year. The bad roads can be frightening. I have discovered, with my small car I often can not see over or around the snow piles. Today we are not supposed to get any significant snow, a good day to get out. I am longing for a bit of a thaw soon to get the driveway and sidewalk, and maybe even the roads clearer.

i think it's the intensity of this winter that has wearied people. we're used to the cold and snow being spread out over four months, but we've had more of it concentrated into less than two months than we would normally get over the whole season! it does tend to wear out its welcome that way.
I think that everyone in Michigan should have a four wheel drive suv and not feel guilty about it!!!!
